We got telus certified used iPhone 11s in February. Both chargers have ceased working.One phone will no longer charge.

Did you purchase the iPhone 11 from Telus or PM?
Common issues with charging problems is with pocket fluff in the charging port. Check with a flashlight, it should a be shining aluminum base. It can be cleaned out with a wooden toothpick BUT DON’T use metal or it will short out the motherboard and DON’T damage the lightning contacts. Or use compressed air BUT avoid the lightning contacts.
Another option is use wireless charging.
Or contact a CS_Agent for a refund or exchange on the 30 day warranty or repaired under the 1 year warranty.
