it has been 2 weeks since i switched to public mobile and my number still has not been ported from koodo,
I have emailed them for the 5th time and i have yet to receive any response to my previous emails about what is going on.
I have already been charged 120 for 90 days and have not used the service
I don't know what to do to get in contact or get this issue resolved.. i tried some of the solutions posted.. nothing works..

You could try this while you wait:
Meanwhile, an application like that from fongo.com might be useful. It provides a free number and calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi, or cellular data. Incoming SMS is also free.

I've been waiting since Nov 13th, and things still aren't resolved. Some changes have been made to my account (but I was never contacted via private message - i only noticed when I logged into my account). I still can't send/receive calls or text. Data works (internet), at least.
So I'm not sure why they're working on Nov 19th issues when, I'm still waiting for a resolution from Nov 13.

@stonechucker yes I was just kidding around. I think the support that the community gives is a great feature here

With my vision imparment, it takes me too long to search for a link.
Easier for me to describe what I've already read.
Besides, as long as we provide assistane, everyone wins!
