So I put money in my account and made a payment before the auto pay at end of this month... guess I don’t get auto pay reward this month...
i only did did a payment because the wife account didn’t auto pay today and now her account is Suspended and we’re trying to get it to work again... she’s signed up for auto pay.

As long as you registered for autopay you should get the reward
I've added payment vouchers to cover the amount due and got the reward even when it didn't use the credit card in autopay

In my experience, you will not lose the autopay reward. As long as you are enrolled in autopay, you will get autopay reward. Remember that its dynamic autopay and it will only top up if needed after checking the available funds. Also, good luck with your wife's account.. I hope they restore service soon.
