I have auto pay for all my account. My daughter received a message saying the funds were not available but they didn’t even try to take the money out of my account. There is money there. 
now she can not use her phone. She has no data. 
Please fix this problem so she can use her phone.

Payment can be made when you wish but the self serve is down for maintenance some nights.

But now when I go to put my new card on and pay her balance it says oops something went wrong try again later. I have tried 2 different cards as well. 
Do you know if I have to wait till after a certain time of day to be able to make the payment for it to go through? 
I will keep trying throughout the day today and hopefully it will take the payment.

try a different browser or Incognito mode

 

It is to renew today, 

is the renewal on Friday July 15 or Saturday July 16?

 

if it is today, July 15, you see the credit card shows a charge from PM ?  Also, is it showing Account Status Suspended?  If Suspended, you will need to make a manual payment to reactivate the service

It is to renew today, we have never had this problem in over 2 years so it weird. I can seem to get off the payment page. I may have to try my laptop instead of my phone to log onto it and see what I can see. Thank you for the help.

Ok thanks and every time I try to log onto her account it’s only allowing me to see payment history. I can’t seem to get to her usage. I though she may have gone over but she never has before. I asked her and she said she isn’t even close to her usage as she keeps track on her phone as well 😊

When was your daughter’s renewal date? Autopay sometimes fail. If none of her services are working can you log into her self service account and make a manual payment for the cost of the plan?

data not working maybe she use it all , checnk the usage history
