I am on the $10/30 days plan and has been on Autopay, and the payment was automatically deducted with no problem until this month.
The July is not processed, and my account is now disunabled. I tried make a one time payment with the existing credit card info, but the system is giving me the follow message:
Unable to process this transaction.
Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this transaction could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged.
Nothing has changed on my end. How do I restart Autopay?
My account also said my $10 plan is expired!?

Also...check out the services of www.recharge.com to add payment.

You could try the 611 to see if a charge can be made using your registered card. You could also get a voucher in stores or online and use the 611 or self-serve to make the payment. Then figure out why the cc isn't working.

Please be patient as it could take 48 hours or so for a response...usually much less.
Alternative is to get a voucher at 7-11 or most retail stores and add it to your account using 611.

Is your service still working? If so then ignore all that's going on.
