I have been using autopay for several months now, and I haven't had the discount applied to my account. I do have two referals that are being applied, but not autopay.

The MOD just removed and added the autopay feature and I see it now in my rewards page. I also noticed I was only getting 500 Mb of data, not the extra 500 Mb bonus for auto pay. I think this fixed that problem as well.

@Sapper, are you a former Legacy/Pioneer member? I recall there being an issue with the AutoPay might not work, and the suggestion was to remove AutoPay, and sign up for it again.

Did you write to the moderator? They can see what's in your account but not us. We are customer like you.

My Overview says I'm currently registered for Dynamic Autopay. But each month I get the follwoing text:
"Congrats! Rewards have been applied to your account: $2 friend referrals, $0 AutoPay, $0 Community, $0 Loyalty"

@Sapper, take a look at your payment history, your should see it in there.
What is your plan cost according to the website? Your plan cost, - $4, and that new value is multiplied by the tax amount. I think you’re seeing a difference because of the tax, ans taxes are not displayed in the interface.

Autopay reward should show in rewards as soon as autopay is enabled. Is it shown in your rewards? It gets added to balance before renewal. Did you add credit card but not turn on autopay?

You can't see the 2$ for AUTOPAY in the rewards section in the first page fo your self serve account BUT you can see your credit card information? If it's your case you need to reach the moderator here..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain what happened with details. They will help you. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days.
