Autopay Renewal Problem, cannot login into my Account

Hi, I have having problem with the services, & the while login into my account, it informs me, verification email is sent But I never get it. Even after refreshing my Gmail acc. & looking into spams, no emails. I just want to know why is my service is discontinued. My name is xxxxxxxxx & Phone number is xxxxxxxxx. Can anyone help me retrieve my account. Thanks

@dlimaclare  - choose the 2nd option/link to submit a ticket (in @softech 's post) if having difficulty with SIMon Chatbot (which you need a current account to submit tickets this way)

Are you a new customer recently that has reported any credit card issues with your card company?

Go to recharge.com and buy a voucher enough to cove your plan cost. Dial 611 and enter it in. Your plan should renew. Then you can try the password reset using the SMS option. Then get into your account to do whatever you were needing to do (other than pay).

"NEXT" or "Submit ticket" is greyed out

Why can't I create a ticket????... All columns are greyed out?

@dlimaclare again, these are the 2 ways to open ticket with PM

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@dlimaclare we are here to help.  This is a Community forum, we are just customers like you.  We cannot access you account but we try to give advise on how to resolve. 

 

On my earlier post, I mentioned that you will need to open ticket with PM support for them to sort it out.  Please open the ticket as that is the only eay to engage PM support to help resolving your issue

This is a public forum so remove your personal phone number or you will get a lot of spam calls. Click on the down arrow in a circle.

Just have the 2FA code sent by text to your phone so you can check your account to see if it is Active.

@dlimaclare if you really cannot find the email and you are certain you got the correct email address, then I guess you need to seek help from PM support.  Just open ticket with them:

And in the meantime,  if you have the 4 digits PIN, you cam on fact nake a manual payment via *611.
