Good morning,
I was signed up with autopay and a future-dated plan change, none of that seemed to have worked last night and now my phone service is suspended. Everything looks okay now on the self-serve, but I still cannot use my phone - I've PM'd one of the moderators already, just figured this might yield a faster response from whoever signs on first.

FYI: Never private message only one moderator; they may be on vacation. As it happens you are ok today.
The preferred method is simply tagging them all; there is a procedure in place to deal with that.
