Hi,
I have been with Public Mobile since 2019 and when I started I enrolled in Autopay and the date was the 28th of each month. Over the years that date has changed and now is on or around the 10th of the month. Does anyone know why the payment date has not remained a fixed date each month? I would appreciate any constructive feedback.

Thanks to all that replied. This totally makes sense. Not sure why I had monthly in my brain. Appreciate the feedback.

no monthly in here prepaid service 30 day when paying will start new date service.

PM service is for 30 days thus payment/renewal day fluctuates from month to month.
