Hi there!
The day I activated my account (January 16th), there was a promo for the plan I wanted (2,5 GB) at 28$. I had to take the 35$ plan and I would have an automatic 5$ off every month and 2$ off for AutoPay. I also used a referral code from a friend.
I got the 2$ for Autopay and the one shot 10$ for the referral code, but I never had the 5$/month. Is it because I used the referral code at the same time? Is there a way I can get it? I changed for Public Mobile specifically because of that price...

@claralleblanc You'll need to submit a ticket to moderators to see why the $5 discount isn't being applied which I think was available for Quebec customers? The referral reward has nothing to do with any promos and wouldn't affect anything in your account.
Click the chatbot bubble bottom right of screen and follow prompts to submit a ticket or click the envelope icon top right and private message Moderator_Team.

This plan was limited to customers in Quebec. If you are not being charged the proper price, you'll need to open a ticket by proceeding to: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
