Since over one year I have a PublicMobile number that I do not use. I even don't have the SIM card anymore.

I need to stop the monthly payments that keep on since then. I tried to access to online service but not having a password nor the sim card to receive a text , no access possible. Need to get in touch with customer care service.

You can call 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number to get your basic account details and your renewal date. If you know your 4 digit account pin # you can remove auto pay. Otherwise either contact customer support or before midnight eastern on Day 30 the day before your renewal date put a hold on your payment card. At noon eastern the next day call again to confirm its suspended. Take the hold off your payment card and the account will be cancelled and deactivated 90 days later.

Did you port your number out? Do you still get marketing emails from here? The email address of that inbox would be your login id. Then you can try the forgot your password link.

Or call 1-855-4pu-blic and enter your number and get the next renewal date. Then you can pause your credit card on the night before that date through to the next noon. Or if you know your 4 digit pin you could turn off autopay there too.

 

If you did not port out then the system has no knowledge of you no longer using the service. It will happily continue charging you with the autopay that you would have chosen to set up.

@rbernardi171  - did you try the forgot your password option? If that does not work contact CSA.
