Hi There,
It has been two months in a row that the AutoPay option has not charging from my account, and I got to pay it manually. Could someone fixing this issue please.
Thanks,

I heard you say 2 months in a row....did I say something different?
With your new card give it a test and add $1.

But can you make a small manual payment with the registered card you have? Just toggling autopay off and on won't test anything.

@se2020 Just a heads up that you can use the @ key and a list of the usernames in this thread will appear, then you can click the username you are responding to. Makes it a little easier to follow the conversation. 😊

Sure I am.

To be honest, I rarely login unless I have an issue. PM should take this as a feedback.

Two times in a row....something is wrong big time. I wonder if it is on your side? Incorrect entry of card or your CC company is rejecting charges? But I guess not if you have used your online set up to do a manual top up. I had it happen to me a few times on Telus, but years apart.
I would suggest the hybrid method to avoid failure now and in the future and you will still receive the $2 reward.

You're not the first and you definitely won't be the last. You came here for the rates...not champagne and caviar. 🙂

@se2020 Yes it seems to be very slow right now. I'm having the same problem, the pages are taking a while to load. Also another frequent issue with PM unfortunately. It usually gets fixed after a short interval.

@se2020 : But of course no one should be "forced' to workaround the payment system. Can you do a manual payment from that card? Like a dollar? Just to see that it works manually.
Are you paying for multiple accounts on the same night?
Failing that then remove what you have and try to add it again. Make sure the address matches that of the billing address. No space in the postal code or drop the last digit. Maybe do everything in caps. Only try once or twice each say hour otherwise it might think a fraud is happening and lock you out.
If you can re-register a card and do the small manual payment then be sure to turn on autopay again.

@se2020 There seem to be more than the usual number of autopay failures lately going by the number of times this issue has been posted over the last few weeks.
I would also submit a ticket to moderators so that they are aware this is happening more often. You can submit a ticket via chatbot and follow prompts here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Autopay sometimes fails. Try removing and add back your credit card. Some customers keep a balance in their account to covers plan costs as a backup.
