For us pre paid customer specially 10 dollor prepaid we would like to know wt we are on our daily usage from txt messages and talk time that would really save us time and to keep us on the dot

Nobody charges by the second anymore. You would have to go back to when Clearnet was a division of Telus to enjoy by the second (with no round up) phone call charges. These days everybody rounds up to the nearest minute. Add on minutes is one of the cheapest on this service, so it is not too bad.

The system will text you notifications when you're approaching the end of your quotas.
