But may I ask you a question?: You seems to cover everything already at 6AM . Any changes since? Why you need to send your trainee to repeat what you said at 10am? Any changes in the 4 hours? And what more depressing is that the new version is not as good as yours. Plus , I guess not ALL customers getting those messages. I don't at least

if showing at your Self-Serve a messages those Expired or Suspended and your services are working,
just ignore,,
all customers getting those message the night before day of renewal.
on the date cycle payment is will automatically renewal.
right now something in the system email is being sent to all clients ... just ignore ,,
and enjoy your service..

If you got email with such message, just ignore it. Some glitch on PM side.

If the messaging you are getting on your self-serve looks like the below, rest assured these pictures always display on self serve on the evening prior to renewal.
They should also be ignored if you have active services, are on auto-pay or have sufficient in available funds to cover the amount of your renewal.

Is your phone working properly? If working, ignore the message.
Did you get an email stating that your account was suspended? PM send an incorrect email yesterday about this warning. Just ignore if phone is working.
