My Public sim card stopped working... I am unable to do any of the 2-factor authenticator because i am not able to receive the code via message. Is there a different way?

hi @Kate78
check if you can get the code via email or voicemail. Click Didn't Receive code or Resend code and choose to get it via email or Voice Message. If you choose Voice message, you can call yourself using another phone and access voicemail that way
if you cannot get the code still, ask PM agent to help to update the sim card. You can submit ticket by direct message:
