At least since Thursday, 9 September, having problems with sending, receiving calls and texts.

Since Thursday, there are lots of issues and it's the same for me and all my family who has PM service - overall 4 SIMs. The SMS don't arrive or arrive with several hours of delay - all together. Calls often don't come and we don't even get a notification or voice mail. Outgoing calls - same problem - the rings sound but the other phone doesn't get the call. I need a solution ASAP, otherwise there is not much point in having this "service". I see no announcement on the website about outages, however I see in community forum that there are many other users raising same issues but they also don't seem to get a reply. Is there any possibility to raise a trouble ticket or to getn an update about what's going on?

It seems the network issue is not quite resolved yet and in the meantime you can try the proposed solutions to get your phone going (set it on 3G for ex.).

As for response time from CSA, nobody really knows for sure. Some say it's about 4 hrs now, some say no change, so...
