Asked to port a new number since 4 days and no body port it untill now !!!

I activated new sim number since 4 days and i sent messages to port it to koodo number and untill now not done and public mobile user not response to my messeges ..please eny public mobile user can port my number message me becase we activated the sim card since 5 days and we cant use it

That would definitely be the reason, the account number is the best one to use. For anyone else, please make sure to enter the full account number.

I tried it through account number with previous service provider. i believe i didn't provide complete number, that is the reason i guess.

@Jatin just curious what number did you use when porting. Was it account number, imei or pin?

You have a failed port unfortunately, you'll need to contact a mod like @Saray_O to push the port through for you. I'm extremely sorry for this inconvenience.

Hello there,

 

I am having issues with incoming calls, however, recieving and sending text messages, can use data and make phone calls!

 

FYI- it has been 18 hours since i have activated the SIM

Ahhhh. I honestly don't know how the line works with Public Mobile to get help. I don't even mind waiting if I am in an orderly line awaiting my turn for help after the people who got there before me. But it seems as though with Public Mobile people are just behind helped randomly. How do I draw attention to my messages.

 

I also need help porting.

 

How come some people are getting help now when they have just posted a message and I have been messaging and emailing for a week? Which I get is happening to a lot of people. But where is the line. 

 

I know you guys are busy but people are just getting fed up. I thought that setting up my phone with 2 weeks before the end of my other plan was plently enough time, seems like it might not be. 

 

@Shazia_K If you can find the time to help me as well, I sent you all of my details previously.
