As an existing customer, can I switch my plan to $ 24 .00 / MONTH at 4 GB Data at 4G Speed?

Customer support agents will not contact customers by e-mail. While some customers may have Community notifications sent to e-mail, not all do.  Customer support agents usually only contact customer by private message on this Community website.

@JackQZ  Only way as existing customer is to ask support for the plan , sometimes they can help others have confirmed getting the plan just by asking

If the plan option displays in your self-serve account when you select Change Subscription, then YES you can.  It's always recommended to change ON NEXT RENEWAL.   If you choose IMMEDIATE plan change, you'll forfeit what's left of current cycle and there's no refunds for partially used cycles.

Otherwise, you could ask the customer support agents.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
