It's not a new activation. My line is active and working fine. The app or website during logging in takes me to activation screen and I can't pass that. Tried clearing app cache, reinstalling the app and back to square one. Activation loop. I was hoping to change my plan but I'm unable to do so. Been with PM almost a year.
Please help.

the error just means the login and the My Account are not sync
