Anyone else experiencing slow to almost no data speeds?

I live in Newfoundland and in the area I am (Cape Saint George), many people beside me are experiencing the issue of having data but its so slow it almost not exist. This been going on last few days.

update: Today things seem normal again

Talk working but not clear, text seems to be working. outage map shows no issues.
