Yes, Public Mobile does have promo codes.  Such codes have been used in the past and I believe that there is a 40% code floating around now for the first billing cycle, but the advertised third "month" (really 30 day plan cycle) free offer is better and I suspect that the two offers aren't combinable.

Sorry, no promo code on PM. Only the Referral Code from a friend or family.

If you need a Referral Code. Just ask because PM  doesn’t allow members to post their Referral Code.

as a rule, PM has no "codes". They occasionally have promo's open to specific areas such as Qubec. Occasionally they might even text you a tasty offer. Just keep watching the land page for latest plan offerings and jump on it if you find something you like.
