Validation code not working. Pls help urgent

 given coupon code winback120 but when applying it asking validation code and i entered my phone number there but it shows error

Maybe try the initial activation on a web browser first.  

If that does not work, you will need to contact customer service agent.  I will try to escalate to CSA_PM, but not sure if still working.

I got this promo at the same number and email. I entered the same number. Cleared cache on pm app already

Those codes are targeted to specific customers and their phone numbers. 

Other customers with different phone number are unable to use. 

Are you trying to activate via the PM app or the website?  If the website, there are caching issues.  Might want to clear cache first, incognito mode or different web browser.
