Hi,
I have enough balance and my account is not suspended but "An error occured and we were unable to change your plan." appeared when I chose a new plan and wanted to change it now.
What should I do now? I have tried to log out and use chrome web browser instead but still doesn't work.

Please note that you will not get your rewards if you plan change or renewal.early because the rewards are earned on 30 days cycle basis.

You can't change to the same plan or "renew" your same plan earlier. If you want to do that, you will need to contact moderator as described above. But, expect to wait at least 1-2 days.
You should be able to change to another plan earlier or "build" your plan similar to your present plan. Another option is to buy a data add on $30 for 1 GB (expensive, but unused portion does roll over to next month).

If you are unable to change it then contact a moderator.
Send a private message to the Moderator Team by clicking the envelope icon, then ‘New Message’, and address your message to Moderator_Team.

I have used 95% of my data plan and that is the reason I wanna change it now.
I tried last night but the same issue happened the same today. So I just try to do some more times? with trying clearing cache, incognito mode or another web browser.
what if it still does not work for me?

Website is finicky. Give it some time in between attempts. Try clearing cache, incognito mode or another web browser. Chrome incognito works well with PM usually.
FYI, if you do change plans now, you will lose whatever is left on your original plan. There is no pro-rated plans with Public mobile. As long as you are aware....
