Just signed up the new $39 plan this morning and have not yet activate the new plan on the phone through the app but after reading all the posts on the community already make me regretted signing up with public again.
I got the plan with intention to pass this plan to my kid but after learning that this transfer of esim between phones is still not available makes me think I should activate a physical sim instead of esim, is there a way to activate physical sim?

@myin you already activated?
if so, leave it with eSIM until you need to pass it to your kids, maybe PM will then have that feature added
If not, then get a physical sim first from:
Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request
