All my April data is gone and I didn’t use it apparently I’m not the only one that has had the issue I never use all my data in a whole month let alone a couple days I’ve use public for years and never had this issue

You aren't basing this off a notification on your device I assume, you actually received those texts and your data line has disappeared in your self serve account?

You're saying that you log in to your account here and you look below under my data & add-ons and either don't see any mention of your large data bucket or you see a large number next to the total? Look closely for any decimal points on that left number. Do you use the phone for hotspotting?

I don’t think so my phone isn’t even on a lot of the time because of work I was just looking through the forums and I saw other ppl had the same issue. It’s really weird I literally just renewed a week ago and it says I’ve used all my data on my overview page

check your usage in my account and if there was no big update/download happened on the data (not on wifi) then contact support agents to get a clarification.

Have you received any text messages from PM saying you've used 75 or 90% of your data? Or could it be accidentally not turning on wifi thus using the data plan?

Did you get any warning texts like 75%, 95%? Have you logged in to your account to see if there is any line of data under my data & add-ons?
