Hi I would like to know why suddenly I can’t have access to all 1-800, 1-866 ect.. numbers, a recorded message tells me that I can’t reach the number i dial!!!! Any solutions??

hi @Jemala40 we saw other customers reported back that support agent fixed quickly
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit by direct message:

For some reason, not yet shared by Public Mobile, many users encounter this issue for about 2 weeks now.
Message them and ask them to correct for you.

You need PM to fix the issue in your account
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
