Alcatel Link Hub 4G LTE router

Trying to use SIM in this hot spot router. All looked well, the router connected to the mobile network, beamed strong wifi signal, but while trying to connect to the wifi, i got a message on my device that  i am connected, but internet not available. 

Please help.

where you got the Alcatel link hub from? if it is from another carrier, it might not be compatible with PM network, or it could be locked by your previous carrier.  So, was it used on another carrier before?
