Unless the ship has cell towers I would say you are SOL once you lose reception from Washington and Alaska......in between you would pick up towers in BC “if” they are strong enough. If ship has wifi then look at the many many voip options that are available. Or.....give yourself a restful holiday “without” a phone.

Your initial question has been answered but are you asking because you want the US roaming add on for your arrival in Seattle and the end of your cruise? Since Alaskan cruises usually stop in Victoria and/or Vancouver and cruise up thru the inside passage or around Vancouver Island if your cruise is round trip you will spend half of your time in Canadian waters so deciding when you actually need a US Roaming add on is important as you can likely connect to telus towers for more than half of your cruise.

You would be able to select which network you want to use between the 2 so if you end up going the US roaming Add on route, maybe find out the best one for where you will be going.

PM utilizes AT&T and T-Mobile carriers to use on PM roaming.
You might want to check with your travel agent to see what is available on the cruise ship.
Please note that USA roaming is only good for 10 days once you purchase the 2 step Add-on. 1- Add the amount into your account 2 - purchase the US roaming you want.
