hi not able to send or open mms. pl help. shut off voive mail can you remove for good. thanks

MMS need to turn data on

If you have an iPhone, check your setting to see if MMS is enabled. Go to Settings>Messages>enable MMS messaging and also enable Send as SMS.
Turn off voicemail by dialing *004*8080000000#
