I need help transferring my old account to a new phone and new esim

Hello @ Randiland,

You need to log into your online account from the new phone and activate a new eSIM.

 

Visit the 'Subscription & Add-ons' page in My Account
Select the option to purchase a new eSIM
Complete the payment, and a new eSIM will be issued to you.

All you need to do is to download the PM app on the new phone then login to your account and make a purchase of a new eSIM. Everything will be transferred over to the new eSIM. 
The purchase of the eSIM will be credited back to your account. Contact a CS_Agent if you didn’t receive a credit by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket/Contact during working hours of 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
