@Lhaha You can reach an agent by opening a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

but the better way, and faster response time from PM is to use Chatbot ticket. open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
