Hi there, I accidnetally purchased US Roaming data addon instead of getting extra data for Canada. Is it at all possible to switch to Canadian data without paying extra ? Just switch to Canadian data and cancel US Roaming?

Accidents do happen and Public Mobile is understanding of it. As long as it wasn't used, they will gladly credit your account, not refund, so you may purchase the correct one. Please create a ticket via below.

Yes it is, @Rushan . Just bear in mind they may take a few hours to respond, but I’m certain they’ll do this for you.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Just submit a ticket on the Chat bubble and an agent will give you a credit back for the wrong Add-on purchase.
