How do I make a complaint against a Customer Service agent?

They screwed up my account number with my former provider, thus making it very difficult to get my number ported to Public Mobile.

It took over an hour for ME to determine that it was Public Mobile's mistake... when I asked them to confirm the account number they had only to find out they left one number out!

I. Am. Furious.

FYI.  Besides the time wasted, they did not apologize or acknowledge their mistake, in any way. AND, when they did, they offered me a measly $5, which I did not accept. I've already asked CS to escalate. Anyone would be upset/angry/furious.

Well @RebeccaThompson honestly, people are human and do make mistakes. I will share here ways to contact customer service. Before you do, wait 24 hours to see if you feel the same way. Once again, people are human and make mistakes. You may feel differently tomorrow... or, in your words, less furious.
