Not sure when upgrade happened but I have not received any calls or text message since Sunday midnight. All the trouble shooting hour after hour. My phone software is up to date and all the other thing like the APN and all the other stuff it asked me to check. I have had my service for 2 years. I am almost ready to cancel my service. Any idea when Public will have things fixed.

Maybe try a network reset of the phone. Note this will erase any saved wifi passwords.
A few complaints over the weekend about similar problem.

Have you tried setting your preferred network to 3G to see if incoming calls work?

have you tried your PM sim in a different unlocked cellphone to see if things work ?
