I had some one from Telus call me and new old some of my information. They offer me the same plan for $10 less then I am currently pay and the they wanted my driving Licence and SIN number or credit card. Is this a scam.

Not sure when upgrade happened but I have not received any calls or text message since Sunday midnight. All the trouble shooting hour after hour. My phone software is up to date and all the other thing like the APN and all the other stuff it asked ...

Thanks it sounded off so I told them I would go to the mall to telus. The 800 number said Telus and when I call back go message but said Telus also. Man you have to be careful.

The issue is not fixed my phone has not been receiving incoming call since. Feb 25 and it is the Feb 28
