Hi after I ported my number from Koodo, all my service stopped working, so I'm paying for service that isn't working now. I messaged a mod but no response yet. Please help!

As suggested continue to use your Koodo SIM card for now. Once it stops working then the posrt is complete and you can switch to the PM sim and everything should start working.

Nothing much toy can do at this point except for keep your fingers crossed and get a mod reply.
Also think of a back up plan.

@XTL - Was your Koodo account prepaid or post paid? If it was prepaid, YOU cannot do the port yourself. It must be done by a moderator. In that case, your Koodo number should still be working. Was the Koodo account active at the time of porting?
Lastly, and please don't be insulted, did you restart your phone after activation completed?
Hopefully, you have done as suggested by @Dunkman and messaged the moderators.

Unfortunately, porting issues can only be dealt with by the moderators.
As community members, we are also customers.
The wait times are about 24-48 hours, so hopefully, moderators will be able to resolve your porting issue soon.
