I registered and logged in to buy a sim card but when I type in my shipping address it won't come up ?

This happened to me last week, from reading the forum I figured out that I'd inadvertently registered on the ON site (check in the address bar and make sure the province that you live in is there), the site just kept booting me back to ON. I phoned telus here and they couldn't figure out how to change it to BC in the payment page either. When this happened, my visa card is from BC and not from ON so of course it couldn't find it. I tried numerous ways trying to change it and finally re-registered using a different email address making sure at the beginning to use the hamburger menu at the top of the subscription page and choosing BC. After that, all went smoothly and don't forget that on the payment page that's where you enter in a referral code should you have one. If you don't please feel free to use mine P4YLZ4.
I hope this solves your issue, it took me hours!!

But honestly, I suggest you to get it from Amazon or local Telus/Koodo stores for quicker delivery ,
- Amazon.ca: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06X9ZGDWG/ (Best and Quickest option, Free Prime next day shipping)
- local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik stores: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/pick-up-SIM (call ahead to confirm availability )
I would normally suggest Amazon over Public Mobile fulfilment in a heartbeat. Seeing how SIM cards are free at the moment, it is hard to pass up. You have to trust me, address entry requires location to be enabled.

if your device is eSIM compatible, you can consider that as an option to get service quicker.

@Jack4080 , Public Mobile uses location services to fill the address field. If you are using a browser, make sure that you enable location for the Public Mobile site. If you are using the app, make sure to enable location permission for the app.
