If you don;'t see it in data/add ons section, check your available balance and the amount is most likely there and just complete the second step and you should be good to go.

You can check by login to your account and look under My Data & Add-ons. If it is in the list of your plan plus the add-on your purchased.
If it is not on the list, you missed the 2 steps.
1 - Charge amount of the add-on into your account
2 - Make the purchase of the add-on.

@bidsanand login to My Account. check if your add-on is on the Overview Page, under My Data & Add-ons
OR check the Plan details page,

if you see your addon in one of those two places, then yes, the add-on is still active
