hello public mobile community peeps,
got an question do you guys have ever had an issue on downloading invoice after buying add on like data tops or mins top up? lately having issue on it i been trying to clear the cache on browser an try again also i use private browser still no go i even try on my laptop an android phone as well still no go. I'm just wondering is it public mobile had issue on there END

Payment history is downloadable again so likely reciepts/invoices are now as well.

@esjliv not only the payment history also to buy TOP ups $$$ add on data or minutes not able to downloadable. i hope public mobile fix this soon.

@shinchu99 - if you are referring to this 'Download' feature then it has been reported to Public that it is currently non-functional.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon!

@darlicious when i bought add on last week it was fine as well but just today started happen i was like what's going on. but thanks for clarify 🙂

There has been a reported issue with the current inability to download the payment history so I wouldn't be surprised if it could be on their end? Last time I downloaded a reciept was two weeks ago and all was fine.
