On October 13th, I was charged $34.50 twice for a twice monthly charge request, I want you refund my money

as the payment was only from Oct 13th, there is a very likelihood that one of the two charges is pending. Usually it takes 2 to 3 days for the pending charge to drop off. As this is a long weekend, it could take another day as well
but if you are certain both are posted charges, then ask PM support agent to confirm

@Mosimax Is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off . If both charges are posted and the diffence isn’t sitting in your account “available funds “ contact support to fix
