Additional 6GB has not been added and it's been a week

I signed up for the 12GB plan last Wednesday and now it's been a week and the additional 6GB has not been added. I know the plan was only available until the 6th but I signed up on the 5th. I also messaged a moderator on Monday and still have not received a reply. If anyone can help me out that would be great!

If you port your freedom number then nothing to worry about you will get your 6gb sooner or later. It's just mods are busy maybe that's why it's taking extra time. But you will get it soon.

Silly questions, but should ask anyway because you never know

Did you come from freedom mobile, and did you port your number over from freedom upon activation
