you cannot.  PM account system is one email one account.  So, you will need to use a different email address to open a separate account for your wife

Sorry @Darren69  one email one account, there is no family account here, so you cannot use one email to control multiple accounts

you can't...she needs to start a separate account of her own. No family or shared plans with Public Mobile.

added...when wife activates her new Public Mobile account using a different email, she can use your referral code during activation. She gets a $10 credit to her new account within 72 hrs and you'll get 1 Point for every 30 days that her account stays active.
