Adding phone back to my account

I missed updating my new credit card payment with Public Mobile and got it corrected.  But my wife's phone was not put back on our account.  Could you please add her back (xxx-xxx-xxxxx).  Thank you.

If her phone is using PM SIM then she have already create an account with your CC.

She will need to contact a CS_Agent for her to update your CC in her account.

Or type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent on Chatbot.

BTW, click on V in circle top right and edit out or she we be SPAMMED.

@Kenny242  in your post the v next to time stamp too right tap it and edit out your number this is public forum . But You can’t have two phones on one account . Each phone number is its own account with its own email . She needs to check her emails for the code or welcome email . If you can figure it out ask support to help you log back into it
