Adding a new plan to an existing sim card

It's been a year since my last plan was active and I have now decided to activate it. But would like to up my plan. I had the $15 plan before and now I would like to go for the $25 plan. So when I was trying to activate it would let me because it said my sim number wasn't valid. Please let me know what I should do.

If you activate again contact the friend who first referred you for their referral code so they will get your referral reward of $1 and you will get the $10 bonus credit.

If you need a referral code then private message any member and ask them to be your friend...lol...and ask for their referral code. They will become your instant friend and give you their referral code. 😃

If you activate a $35+ plan and use the promocode 2GBBONUS when activating online you will recieve 2gb of bonus monthly plan data as long as you don't change your rate plan.

You may want to consider the discounted activation bundles that come a free sim card offered by Canadian Cell Supplies. If your plan was expired more than 90 days, unfortunately, your account is closed permanently and number lost.  Your original SIM card is not useable and useless.  

You would need to buy a new SIM card and activate a new plan that way.

If you have not paid for pm services for more than 90 days your account is cancelled and deactivated. You will have to buy a new sim card and activate again.
