How do I add funds to my Public Mobile Account Balance using the Credit Card Registered to the Account?

This used to be an available option within the Payment Section, it was a button right with the 'Redeem Payment Voucher', however now I no longer see it anymore. Was that option removed or just moved somewhere that I'm not seeing it?

@J_PM can this be escalated and corrected if it's a system issue?

and I wonder if it is browser issue than system

did you try on browser or app?

maybe try incognito mode, try different browsers

and try using a desktop

It shows up as an option on My Account that Is nearing one year old, however not on the Account I activated yesterday morning. 

Is it maybe just because the Account is too new, because I just checked another one I made this afternoon and it's also not an option on that one either.

Even using the Website, this is not an option that shows up for me at all.

Is it not available on new Accounts or something? Do I have to wait a certain amount of days for it to show up after creating an account..

I'll log into one of my other 5 accounts and see if it shows up on that one.
