Added voucher. How do I reactivate?

Added voucher at walmart with their wifi today from the Public Mobile website. It shows the new balance in my account but my account is not activated. How do I reactvate it? If you click reactivate the only option I get is credit card or another voucher. Can anyone assist me with this pelase?

@chrismayo Yes try @cellphoneuser1 suggestion. Go into your account tomorrow after system maintenance has finished. Report you phone as lost.  Log out. Wait 5 min. Log in. Report it as found. Log out and reboot your phone.

If you do the lost/stolen trick, it might work but it could disqaulify you from next month's rewards.

You can also try paying by dialling *611.

Click reactivate heading on the self serve page after logging on or contact a moderator if this doesn't work. Click on ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to send a ticket to mods.

Oh i forgot very important step of restarting your phone after doing any of the suggestions above

Do you see reactivate button in overview page? Try putting an extra $1

Also you can try reporting your phone lost then found.
