Reset password

Hello... I’m trying to login but forgot my password and forgot my security answer. Seems like there’s no other way to reset password without knowing the security answer. I need to change my credit card information in order to proceed with payments. Can you help please?

@Charoucinha You should contact a moderator and explain your situation.  Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket ).
