Add referral code after sign up

I signed up today for Public Mobile with a retailer. I told them I had a referral code two times and they still never used it.

 

He told me the sign up was done and I mentioned it a third time. He said they couldn't do anything, it was already ordered. I want to have the referral code I was given by my daughter as this was the only reason I chose Public Mobile.

No worries the CSA will accomodate your request. Hopefully the salesperson didn't add their own code. I've lost out on a referral that way.

 

Hopefully bonus referral credit promotions will become more common once public mobile abandons its retail partners....although I'm going to miss my man Mustaqeem!....5 stars all day! ☆☆☆☆☆

Boy some retailer staff are so bad.

Just contact a CS_Agent on this Community page by private messaging or create a ticket by SIMon Chatbot.

They are very accommodating so explained what happened while the retailer didn’t enter your daughter’s referral code.

@SL47   You'll need to submit a ticket to customer support via chatbot and ask them to add the missed referral code to your account.  Here's a link for the chatbot:   https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
