Also, ensure you are dialing the Canada exit code first of "011" in front of the number you are calling.

Which country are you trying to call? The long distance add on only covers certain number of countries.

1. Add funds to your account, if you don`t have sufficient funds
2. Go back to the Add-Ons page and select your Add-On.
