I added on 1 gb of data yesterday. It didn't seem to work, so I changed my plan so that I have data. 

I would like to be reimbursed for the add on.

  You need to submit a ticket with PM for a formal request 

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
